Our session options reflect changing parental needs in today's world! We offer both all-year-round (51 weeks) and term-time-only (42 weeks) options. Our offering doesn't stop there; we offer half days and full days, along with a shorter 9-hour day option. Instead of being stuck with the standard 830 to 530, you can choose your own 9-hour session to suit your family's needs. In addition the fees listed here are the fees you pay, there are no unexpected additions.

No voluntary enrichment fee is charged for four or four and a half days a week; instead,
you will pay a meal fee of £10.50, which is included in the fee listed here.
There are no enrichment or meal fees for 5 sessions per week, 8 am to 6 pm.
These fees include any meal charges included in your weekly plan for meals during your non-funded hours.
No additional fees are charged for meals.
With EYFE

If you do not claim EYFE, the discounted weekly rates are:

The half-day session can be extended to 5 hours, in the morning or afternoon, for a fee of £4.83 per session.
Similarly, the half-day session can be shortened to 4 hours, saving you £4.83 per session.
The fees listed include all meals, peripatetic classes, events, supplies, breakfast, and snacks during your funded hours.

Choose your schedule based on your family's needs
If you need to do a mixture of 8.5 to 10-hour sessions, you will be charged as follows
EYFE Hours Free
£10 per hour for hours not included in your free entitlement
+ Enrichment fee (see below)
EYFE hours are spread across your sessions to cover the morning until your hours are used up
Tea is charged at £3.50 if your child is booked after 5 pm
The minimum attendance is 30 hours a week
Early Years Free Entitlement (EYFE)
All children are eligible for 15 hours, starting the term after they turn three. You don't need a code to claim. Eligible Families will receive up to 1140 hours per year. To find out if you qualify, apply for a Working Families Code here
Early Years Free Entitlement is available over 51 weeks, providing either 11 or 22 hours free each week, or over 42 weeks, providing either 13 or 27 hours free each week.

FAQs
There are no restrictions on how many hours of EYFE you can add to your sessions. The only restriction is that your free hours can not be added to half days shorter than 5-hours.
Your funding entitlement is stretched across the year.
Your 38-week, 15-hour entitlement can be stretched across our all-year-around, 51-week option, using 11 hours of EYFE a week OR across stretched across our 42-week, Term-Time option, using 13.5 hours of EYFE a week.
Your 38-week, 30-hour entitlement can be stretched across our all-year-around, 51-week option, using 13.5 hours of EYFE a week OR across stretched across our 42-week, Term-Time option, using 27 hours of EYFE a week.
The following sessions will be free of charge if you opt out of the enrichment fee
Using 20 hours of your Free entitlement for two days, 8 am to 6 pm
Using 18 hours of your Free entitlement for two days, 8 am to 5 pm
Using 20 hours of your Free entitlement for four half days, 8am to 1pm or 1pm to 6pm
Using 15 hours of your 30 hours free entitlement for three half days, 8am to 1pm or 1pm to 6pm
You may not use all of your free hours during these schedules. Any unused hours may be used in ad hoc sessions, added to additional regular sessions or you may forfeit them.
You will be required to pay for lunch and/or tea during your sessions. If you wish to supply your own meals, it must follow our Food from home policy. Our Nursery Manager can share this with you. If you can not afford to pay our meal fees, please discuss this with the nursery manager, and they may be able to waive the cost of meals in exceptional circumstances, which may require proof benefits.
